Return Policy

We operate on a Strict No-Exchange Policy. Please ensure you check the product thoroughly before the delivery man leaves.

Check-at-Door Rule: Customers must check the product quality, design, and size in front of the delivery agent.
Return Window: Returns are only acceptable while the delivery man is present. Once the delivery agent leaves the premises, the product is considered accepted, and no further return or exchange requests will be entertained.
Mandatory Fee: If you choose to return the product at the doorstep for any reason, you must pay the full delivery fee to the agent (even if the order had "Free Delivery").
